Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR) establishes rules on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. In compliance with the principle of transparency (Article 5), Lignano Pineta spa, as data controller, provides you with the following information under Article Article 13 of the Rules:

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data you voluntarily provided (personal, contact, Italian Tax Identification Number) through the forms on our website will be processed, both in paper and electronic form in compliance with the provisions concerning the protection of personal data and in particular the appropriate technical and organisational measures referred to in Article 32.1 of the Regulation and with the observance of any precautionary measure that guarantees its integrity confidentiality and availability for the following purposes:
1. Goods purchase form: management of the products requested by you and consequent fulfilment of accounting, legal and contractual obligations deriving from them and to achieve effective management of business relations;
2. Newsletter form: a subscription to the sending of promotional newsletters related to new products or events, participation in surveys on the services offered and sending commercial communications through automated means such as e-mail and paper mail.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in clause (1) is optional; however, it is a requirement for the conclusion of the contract to which you are a party. Failure to provide the same will make it impossible for the undersigned to offer the requested goods and to give effect to the contract.
In providing data for the purposes indicated in (2) the legal basis is the freely expressed consent that may be revoked by you at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation.

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
Your data, in close relation to the purposes indicated above, may be disclosed within the EU to the following categories of recipients:

• those authorized to process the same;
• credit institutions, companies/professionals for the management of payments through credit cards or electronic payment systems in general;
• Management Body, Board of Statutory Auditors, Supervisory Body;
• professionals, consultants, suppliers;
• insurers (but only where it becomes necessary to manage a claim);
• competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations.

Except in the cases above, the data will not be disclosed to third parties.
Your personal data shall not be transferred to third countries outside the European Union.

DATA STORAGE
The data necessary for the purposes referred to in (1) will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationships established and also thereafter under the rules for storage of documentation to discharge all legal duties relating to tax, accounting and administrative obligations. However, for the purposes referred to in (2), the same shall be held for a period of 2 years unless consent is withdrawn.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You may exercise your rights (Article 15-22 GDPR) at any time by sending a communication to the email address of the Data Controller to the references indicated above. In particular, you will have the right to ask for:

• access to personal data;
• their rectification;
• erasure;
• the restriction of their processing;
• the right to object to their processing;
• the right to the portability of personal data, i.e. the right to receive the personal data you provide in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

PROFILING AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
Your personal data will not be subject to disclosure or to any automated decision-making process, including profiling.
